Reflections Residences

Bringing Life to one of Toronto’s Most Popular Shopping Destinations

Reflections Residences at Don Mills is a new condo project by Fram Building Group and Cadillac Fairview Corporation. The project was constructed at Lawrence Avenue East and Don Mills Road in Toronto and it was completed in 2013.

Reflections is a 12-storey condominium with 106 units. Units range in size from 858 square feet to 1225 square feet and are priced from $479,900 to $627,900. The two-bedroom plus den suites each have a balcony. The building’s design coordinates with the neighbourhood’s Liv Lofts, an existing building that is being converted. The suites have special features and finishes like pre-engineered hardwood flooring in the main rooms, granite countertops, breakfast bars, extended upper kitchen cabinetry and stainless steel, white or black appliances.

The condominium offers plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy. Residents can entertain in style at the impressive party room lounge. The room is well-appointed and finished to perfection with plenty of space to welcome groups of many sizes. The room has modern walls and ceilings, recessed lighting and an elegant fireplace. The room also has a full-size bar area with kitchen server and dining facilities along with expansive windows and a courtyard with a private patio. For added convenience, the building also has a porte chochere and fitness room.

Positioned as the Western gateway to the entire redevelopment of Don Mills, Reflections is “the first step towards making the reimagined plaza into a mixed use community space” says Reflections lead architect Roland Rom Cotlhoff of RAWdesign. Residents are literally steps away from the Shops at Don Mills. Brand name shops, restaurants, entertainment and culture are also just moments away from Reflections residents in this vibrant area of Ontario’s Town Square. The condominium is also near 41 public schools, 6 Catholic schools and 101 daycares.
